Expert Session #3 | Tom Moore & Oliver Dohn

An expert session is a short but insightful webinar format where we invite two experts every other week to spend 20 minutes discussing a topic related to Purposeful Organization and answer questions from our community on the topic.

This week experts Tom Moore and Oliver Dohn joined Scott Goldner to discuss their experiences, insights and best practices around mobilizing employees.

Speakers:

  • Tom Moore, Managing Partner at Mandalah, where he helps companies strategize and brand purpose-driven growth.
  • Oliver Dohn, Lead Expert at The DO School and former CEO Oerlikon Drive System EMEAR, EVP, where he applies his firsthand organizational transformation experience
  • Scott Golnder, Individual and Organizational Development Catalyst at the DO School, brings a diverse background in educational and institutional development to leverage development within the DO School programs

All three experts reflect on their experience with authentic and humble leadership, engaging with your employees and building a movement around your organization’s purpose. From recommending tools to sharing stories this webinar definitely worth watching.
