Expert Session #2 | Lars Globisch & Sara Niese

An expert session is a short but insightful webinar format where we invite two experts every other week to spend 20 minutes discussing a topic related to Purposeful Organization and answer questions from our community on the topic.

This week experts Lars Globisch and Sara Niese joined Scott Goldner to discuss how diverse individuals can come together to deliver innovative results together.

Speakers:

  • Lars Globisch, Head of Projects and Systems at Bonprix, where he oversees numerous strategic projects and works to instill purpose into the organization’s working process
  • Sara Niese, Lead Expert at the DO School, brings a background in psychology, executive education and large-scale strategy implementation to leadership development
  • Scott Goldner, Individual and Organizational Development Catalyst at the DO School, brings a diverse background in educational and institutional development to leverage development within the DO School programs

Most people acknowledge how important it is to work cross-functionally and engage all stakeholders, but that’s only the beginning. It doesn’t end with getting everyone in the room together. You need to create. What does that look like? What does everyone need to do? Our experts reflect on their experiences and highlight the key qualities for successful co-creation.
